Your right to withdraw
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of your purchase.
This right of withdrawal applies to consumers only (individuals purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession). It does not apply to business purchases.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Your eSIM data plan is digital content that is supplied to you when you activate it by scanning the QR code and installing the eSIM profile on your device.
When you purchase a plan, you give your express consent that supply begins, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you activate the plan. Once you have activated your plan by scanning the QR code, the plan has been supplied to you and can no longer be returned or reused. From that moment you are no longer entitled to withdraw from your purchase or to receive a refund for that plan.
If you have not activated your plan (you have not scanned the QR code), you keep your right of withdrawal and may request a full refund within the 14-day period.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period has expired. The easiest way is to reply directly to the email containing your QR code, so that we can immediately identify your plan and process your request. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you are entitled to withdraw because you have not activated your plan, we will refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, at no cost to you.
Please note that once we have issued your refund, it may take a few additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
